Bio: Matthew Barrett

Matthew Barrett is a senior project engineer at a local geo-technical engineering consulting firm. Matthew grew up in the Ohio River valley and graduated from Tulane University's School of Engineering with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering in 2003. He previously worked in the shipbuilding and missile defense industries. Matthew enjoys rebuilding old woodworking machines and designing furniture when he is not working on his 1939 bungalow. He dislikes having his photograph taken.
